Far Cry 3 Walkthrough - Craft a Special Syringe
To get a recipe for a special syringe, you first need to collect at least 30 relics. This will unlock a new recipe for a special syringe which is the "Untouchable" syringe. This will make you temporarily immune to all damage in the game.

2 - White Leaf
5 - Blue Leaf
5 - Green Leaf
Of course, there are other special syringes in the game, but this is the earliest one you can craft.
